The DRA (Design Review Agency) has granted full approval, in compliance with the California Industrialized Building Code, for R1 Hotel / AirBNB, Single Family, and ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) classifications. Instant Home has broke the mold when it comes to building standards for Tiny Homes and Prefabricated Homes. Oregon, Washington, and North Carolina where there are ongoing projects in development with more states to follow in the coming Quarter.

The DRA (Design Review Agency) has granted full approval, in compliance with the Texas Industrialized Building Code, for R1 Hotel / AirBNB, Single Family, and ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) classifications. DRA reviews all designs, plans, specifications, calculations, compliance control programs, on-site construction documentation or specifications, and other documents as necessary to assure compliance with the mandatory building codes in accordance with the interpretations, instructions, and determinations of the State, City, or County.

CONGRATULATIONS ON THE GROUNDBREAKING OF THE NEW RESORT AT CANTON RANCH!
Canton Ranch in Canton, Texas has officially broken ground for the completion of an exciting new 18-unit mini resort set to open this summer. Originally starting with 6 units, the overwhelming response from potential clients has led to the expansion of the facility to 18 units. The first batch of units is scheduled to be shipped and installed within 30 days. This stunning resort will feature amenities such as a pool, hot tubs, waterfront access, and a ranch-style ambiance.
